In the comfort of your own home come to a yoga class via Zoom. The Zoom details will be sent to participants prior to each class.
Iyengar Yoga uses equipment (props). By using props as and when needed, every student can access asanas in some form. This enables each student to develop as best suits their body. As we are all restricted at this time and can't get to a yoga studio then many people need stable and suitable alternatives; to this end we have created a Props and Alternatives guide for you.
