Today would have been 103rd birthday of BKS Iyengar. He was the founder of Iyengar yoga. It was simply yoga for him, and his students gave his method his name.
His son Prashant continues the tradition and over the last four days he has given yoga session to celebrate his father's work. The sessions were cerebral, intellectually stimulating, and challenging, but very rewarding.
