My dear daughter Catriona started yoga from birth, or even earlier. I kept practising and teaching yoga up to 9 months in my pregnancy.
And she has been fascinated by it ever since. She was just over a year and only learnt her first steps when she unrolled a mat and set up for a practice. Iyengar yoga props are a separate reason to love yoga. She can eternally play with blocks and bricks. And once she even arranged her support for Supta Virasana. You can see it on the picture below.
Catriona is looking forward to teaching online classes with me. And I think that in a while it can really become possible.
