Celebrating 100 years - BKS Iyengar's birthday

Happy Birthday to you, dear and dearly departed B.K.S. Iyengar



On December 14th 2018 Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar would have celebrated his 100 Birthday.

Instead we are here to celebrate this day for him. This is the right moment to stop, take a pause, and think what Iyengar yoga means for each of us and how it has been changing our souls, minds and bodies.


Let’s practice in his honor and keep developing his method with dedication and admiration.
